Facts about the traditional “ Garden of Eden ” are revealed in an archaeological report to the American Association for the Advancement of Science. The report states that, if the Garden was where popular belief places it in Palestine, researches suggest that it existed more than 250,000 years ago. Its animals included rhinoceros, deer, hippopotami, oxen, horses, rodents. The climate was mild, a comforting assurance in view of the scanty clothing of the inhabitants.
