SALE OF AEROPLANES. MR H. M. MACKAY A BUYER. SYDNEY, April 18. (Received April 18, at 11 p.m.) At the auction sale held on behalf of Australian National Airways, in liquidation, the passenger plane Southern Sky was purchased on behalf of Mr H. M. Mackay, managing director of New Zealand Airways. The price was £l5O. The plane will remain in Sydney pending advice from New Zealand. It is a triple-engined craft with capacity for eight passengers. TRADE WITH THE EAST. DELEGATION LEAVES SYDNEY. XSYDNEY, April 18. (Received April 18, at 11 p.m.) The Dutch liner Nieuw Holland left to-day for the East carrying a special display of Australian produce and goods and a delegation of representative business men who intend to push Australian trade interests in Eastern countries.
