FRUIT VENDING MACHINES SUPREME COURT DECISION. (Per United Press Association.! AUCKLAND, April 7. The decision of Mr Justice Herdnian, delivered to-day, is that the fruit machines which are in shops are a game of chance. His Honor said that a machine had been operated before him in court, ard it seemed to him-that any dexterity exhibited by the operator did not dispose of the element of chance. The game was, for all practical purposes, one of pure chance.
