DEMONSTRATORS SCATTERED AMERICAN UNEMPLOYED. OTTAWA (Illinois), April G. Eleven hundred unemployment relief demonstrators, mostly from Chicago, cn route to the Capitol, were turned back at Springfield towards their homes today by a barrage of tear gas. Eleven people were arrested.
