SOUTH AFRICAN COALITION PERSONNEL ANNOUNCED. CAPETOWN, March 30. General Hertzog had an interview with the Governor-General. He resigned, and was asked to form a new Government. Subsequently the Cabinet was announced as follows: General Hertzog: Premier and Minister of External Affairs. General Smuts: Minister of Justice and Deputy Premier. Mr Havenga: Minister of Finance. Mr Hoffmeyer: Minister of the Interior. Mr Pirow: Minister of Railways and Defence. ' .. Mr Fourie: Minister of Labour and Industries. Mr Duncan: Minister of Mines. Mr Brobler; Minister of Native Affairs. Mr Kemp: Minister of Agriculture. Colonel Reitz: Minister of Irrigation. Senator Clarkson: Minister of Posts and Telegraphs and Public Works. Mr Stuttaford: Minister without portfolio, entrusted to represent commerce.
