ARRESTS IN INDIA
CONGRESS OFFICIALS (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) CALCUTTA, March 22. (Received March 23, at 0.30 a.m.) / As a sequel to the recent ban on the activities of the Reception Committee of the Indian National Congress’s annual session, which it was proposed to hold in Calcutta at the end of this month, the police to-day arrested Dr Profulla Ghoss, the chairman, and Panchananan Bose, the general secretary of the committee.
