COURT OF APPEAL

LYSNAR v. NATIONAL BANK. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, March 21. In the. Appeal Court case, Lysnar v. the National Bank, Mr W. D. Lysnar, continuing bis argument, urged that a contract between him and the bank was dated May 1, 1931. He referred to the documentary evidence before the court in support of his contention that that contract was the only one between them. Mr Lysnar proceeded with his address throughout the day, and the case was adjourned until to-morrow.
