AUTOMOBILE MISHAP
FAMOUS FLYER INJURED PHILADELPHIA, March 18. (Received March 19, at 7.20 p.m.) Bill Carr, an Arkansas flyer and the creator of a world record for 400 metres at the Los Angeles Olympic games, suffered multiple fractures of both ankles and a fracture of the pelvis in an automobile accident in the suburbs tonight. His general condition is good.
