CAPITAL OF NEW COMPANY (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, March 16. The new company formed to acquire the Bay liners and the Fordsdale is called the Aberdeen and Commonwealth Line, Limited, with a capital of £500,000. The Peninsular and Orient will provide half the capital and the Shaw, Savill half. There will be no public issue of shares and no alteration in the management. Shipping circles consider that the Commonwealth has made a good deal, as it will receive £500,000' in London, equivalent to £625,000 in Australia.
