RIOTS IN MALAY
COMMUNIST OUTBREAKS PROTEST AGAINST BILL. SINGAPORE, December 14. (Received Dec. 15, at 0.15 a.m.) A message states that Communists rioted at the village of Kulai, in Johorc, as a protest against the Aliens Bill to restrict immigration. The police fired and one man was killed. Attempts to make demonstrations at Singapore were frustrated.
