JUBILEE CONFERENCE GREETINGS FROM PARENT BODY. (Per United Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, October 10. The jubilee conference of the New Zealand Baptist Union was continued today The Rev. J. H. Rushbrooke tendered greetings to the Baptist Union from the Baptist Union* of Britain and Ireland, from the Baptist Women's League of Britain, and from the Baptists of Germany. .; .". ' The following new ministers were received into full status:—Revs. N.R. Wood, C. B. Boggis, J. C. Macky. The secretary’s report was presented bv the Rev. M. W. P. Lascelles. The document covered 50 years of progress. The Baptist Union was formed in Wellington on October 9, 1882, and was attended by eight ministers and seven delegates. To-day the church membership is 8212. i
