, A REVOLUTIONARY PLOT SENSATIONAL REPORTS. BELGRADE,’ October 9. Sensational reports of a revolutionary plot, for which Croatian peasants were drilling and were being armed with rifles, revolvers, and bombs, which were landed 4 by an Italian submarine between Karlova and Jablanac, led to 120 arrests in North Dalmatia, and the flight of the alleged ringleaders, who were formerly members of Parliament and attached to the Raditch Party. M. Markovitch, Assistant Minister of the Interior, with 1000 gendarmes, mountain batteries, and machine-gun sections, is making investigations and confiscating arms. The Government has ordered increased activity by torpedo boat patrols between Flume and Spalato, Rebels destroyed four police posts and held as hostages five gendarmes. It is recalled that M. Pernan (the .Groat leader), was wounded when M. Raditch was assassinated. Eight revolutionaries were arrested at Zagreb.
