(Received August 28, at 5.5 p.m.) A mob set fire to the Almagro bull ring because Ortega, one of Spain’s best fighters, refused to fight, the owner being unable to pay hie fee. Six infuriated bulls careered into the arena. Thousands were trapped but eventually escaped. The military ehot the bulls.
