SIR WILLIAM M'PHERSON BEQUESTS TO EMPLOYEES. MELBOURNE, > August 26. (Received August 26, at 10.30 p.m.) Sir William M’PhcrSon, a former Premier of Victoria, left estate valued at £438,133. He bequeathed £IOOO each to 'five employees and a further £SOOO to all his employees with over five years’ service, provided they have not participated in a strike or been concerned in any action to that end. The residue goes to three children. The testator made liberal bequests to charities during his life time.
