THE LATEST DEVELOPMENT APPEAL TO ORANGEMEN (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) ■( LONDON, July 10. The latest development in Ireland is an appeal by “the army council of the 1.R.A.” urging the Orangemen o? Ulster to join a movement for a Free and United Irish Republic, eliminating Capitalism and Imperialism. It suggests that full freedom of conscience and religious worship should Be guaranteed by both sides.
