THE LEAGUE GAMES AUSTRALIANS PROMINENT. . \ LONDON, July 3. A! feature of yesterday’s League cricket games was the success of the Australians —Fairfax, who scored 128, and Richardson, who made 61 not out and took one wicket for 40. Fairfax captured one wicket for 43, and the New Zealander, Merritt, took four for 62. The latter was dismissed for 5 runs.
