MR DEVEREUX’S REVIEW BETTER FEELING CREATED. JPNDON, July 3. Mr W. P. Dcvereux (Australian woolgrowers’ representative) says that the lower bank rate, the loan conversion, and hopes of the Lausanne Conference are combining to create a better feeling in the wool centres. A firm opening, with some improvement in merino values, is expected at the London sales.
