TO THE EDITOR. Silt, —111 your issue of June !) you publish a list of tlie mines, as yet, working. Included in the list is Shag Point. Til case of any misunderstanding, 1 would like to point out that there are two mines in Shag Point, one of which, a small household mine, is working, the employees not being members of any union. The employees at the other mine, the Shag Point Coal Company, being members of the United Mine Workers’ Union, ceased work on June 7. —I am. etc., P. ,T. E. Hancock..
