ROYALTY AT MOSCOW
KING FEISAL OF IRAQ

, A figure suggesting the* Arabian Nights appeared in proletarian Moscow when King Feisal of Iraq, acoompanied by his suite, arrived there, says the Moscow correspondent of the Manchester Guardian.
He wore the national costume, a flowing brown robe, and a diadem on his head, from which fell black and. yellow silk braids. King Feisal was accorded semi-royal honours.'
He inspected the Red ' troops, and drove to the Spiridonovkg Palace, formerly a, millionaire’s town house. Lord and Lady Passfield, who wera staying at the palace, hastily decided to depart to the provinces. King Feisal is the second royal tourist to visit Moscow since the Revolution, the first being ,ex-King Amanullah, of Afghanistan.
