NEW FRENCH CRUISER

PARIS, May 19, Within the Washington 10,000-ton limitation France has built a remarkable cruiser, the Algerie, which is being launched at Brest to-morrow. It has one funnel, one mast, and two seaplane catapults. The decks are specially protected against bombs, and there are eight Sin guns.
