HANDICAPS FOR SATURDAY. The following handicaps have been declared by the Otago Athletic and Cycling Club’s handicapper (Mr W. R. MacPhereon) for the Cycle Road Race to Scrogg’s Hill and return on Saturday; commencing at 2.30 p.m. . This race will be the first one of the cup series:—A. N. Ralston (Allanton), T. J.
