TRIUMPH OF SPECIALISATION
The firm of Mutual Furs, Dunedin, Ltd., is one which has adopted and pursued throughout its career a consistent policy of specialisation. It pays to be consistent, as the remarkable progress made by this firm, amply demonstrates. Their specialisation is in fur coats, and their aim—which they are now in a position to realise in its most complete form — was to turn out stylish garments, well cut and well finished at reasonable prices. It is to be anticipated that with brighter times ahead they will carry their success to an even higher pinnacle of achievement. With consistency of policy goes confidence in the future. Mutual Furs, Dunedin, Ltd., have shown their confidence in the possibilities of the fur trade and in themselves by acquiring and equipping a factory and showrooms which impress deeply everyone who has had an opportunity of inspecting them. They hope to supply even better service and higher values than those for which they ’have been noted during the past few years. Being manufacturers of fur goods they naturally eliminate the middleman’s ptofit, which enables the buying public to obtain these goods at the lowest price possible. In accordance with modern principles, their factory is arranged in convenient form and covers the whole of the top flat of Vernon Smith’s corner, so as to obtain the best from the standpoint of production, organisation and supervision. A goodly array of Mutual Furs’ new values will be prominently in evidence during “Made in New Zealand Week.” and those interested will have an opportunity of seeing their window displays. It is an opportunity which everyone anxious to know something of modern-day organisation, and to learn the latest methods of production, cannot afford to miss.
