Malfroy, scored a triple success in the Cambridge University lawn tennis tournament, winning the Singles and partnering, the winners in the Men’s and Mixed Doubles. C. M. Malfroy, who learned the game in Wellington, left New Zealand about two years ago for Cambridge University. At that time he was recognised as one of the leading players in the Dominion. While in England he has gained a number of tournament successes, and this year he was appointed captain of the Cambridge lawn tennis team.
