GRADING OF TEACHERS
PERSONNEL OF APPEAL BOARD (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, May 12. The Appeal Board for 1932 to hear appeals in connection with the grading or classification of teachers will consist of the chairman, Mr Andrew Duncan Thomson; representatives of the Education Department, Messrs John Portcous and Frederick George Albert Stuckey; representatives of the secondary school teachers, Messrs Frank Hyde Campbell and John Alexander Colquboun; representatives of technical school teachers. Messrs Frederick William Martin and Robert John Thompson; and represent.-!, tives of primary school teachers, Mr Alfred Joseph Charles Hall, Miss Maggie Emma Mngill, Mr Henry Frank Penlington, and Mr David Dickie Steadman.
