HONOLULU TRIAL

THE POLICE ELUDED MASSIES ESCAPE ON STEAMER. HONOLULU, May 8. The Massies eluded the servers by hoarding the Malolo by a submarine tender. Later the navy officers accompanying them restrained the police by force from serving a subpoena on Mrs Massie as a witness in the retrial of those she accused of assaulting her. She sailed with Mrs Fortescue and others for San Francisco, where her husband will be stationed.
