LAUSANNE CONFERENCE

PREPARING THE AGENDA REPARATIONS AND CURRENCY. (British Official Wireless.) \ RUGBY, May 6. Work in preparation for the Lausanne Reparations Conference on June 16 is engaging the attention of the British Government, which has advanced suggestions for the agenda. These contemplate the work before the conference, to be taken in three stages. In the first stage it is suggested that the Powers discuss German reparations; in the second stage they deaLwith reparations by Austria, Hungary, and Bulgaria; and in the final stage the conference deals with wider matters, such as the Danubian question of currency and other important matters. This suggested outline has been approved by Germany and Japan.
