MOSLEM CONFERENCE

THREAT IN RESOLUTION BOYCOTT OF CONFERENCE. CALCUTTA, March 22. If the decision of the British Government on the communal question, upon which the Hindus and Moslems themselves are unable to agree, is not announced before the end of June this year, Moslems will devise effective methods of boycott of the Round Table Conference and its committees. ' This is the threat held out in a resolution before the allIndia Moslem conference at Lahore. An amending resolution declares that no constitution will be acceptable or workable unless, and until, the Moslem demands are fully conceded. The amendment was greeted with Islamic war cries and general pandemonium.
