PRODUCTION FOR USE CAPITALISM DENOUNCED, SASKATOON, February 23 (Received Feb. 24, at 5.5 p.m.)
A feature of the convention of the United Farmers of Saskatchewan was a denunciation of capitalism by the president (Mr A. J. Macauley), with a call for the establishment of a new social order based on production for use rather than profit. Traditional political parties, he declared, were bound and gagged by vested financial interests.
