A luxury “ hotel ” for stray clogs and cats, equipped with private compartments and baths, which cost £14,500, has been formally opened in Chicago. On the first floor are cages for dogs and stalls for horses: on the second are private pens for dogs. There are two gleaming white bath tubs and bars of fragrant soap on the first floor.
