BRITAIN AND ARGENTINA NEGOTIATIONS FOR TREATY. BUENOS AIRES, December 16. The Argentine Government announced to-day that it will send soon to London a commission of experts to negotiate a commercial agreement with Great Britain. An advisory committee appointed by the Government, it was stated, will study carefully commercial interchange between the two countries. These steps have been taken as the result of the British anti-dumping measures, although Argentina received assurance that her products actually would not bd affected by the new duties.
