HAYWARD. —On December 3, at Cromwell, John George Graham Hayward, dearly beloved husband of Susan Hayward; aged 50 years. Deeply mourned. HOLMES. —On December 3, 1931, at Dunedin, Mario, 'dearly beloved wife of James W. Holmes, and youngest daughter of Alexr. and Evelyn Bagley, Spylaw street, Maori Hill. Private Interment. HOTOP.- —On October 5, 1931. Drowned in the Delaware River, at Philadelphia, John Hotop. eldest son of the late Henry Hotop, Cromwell; aged 50 years. M’GILVRAY. —On December 2, 1931, at Dunedin, Isabella Hunter, beloved wife of Hugh M’Gilvray, of 173 King Edward street, South Dunedin; aged 61 years. Deeply mourned. —The Funeral will leave the residence of her daughter (Mrs J. H.
