FORESTERS

Court Excelsior (No. 6128. A.0.F.) held its fortnightly meeting on September 15. The C.R., Bro. 11. Brown, presided over a full attendance of officers and a good muster of members. P.D.C.R. Bro. Sinclair and P.C.R. Bro. Thomson, of Court Little John, were present as judges of the C.R. charge competition. Six entries were received for this, the S.B. (Bro. S. Wood) being declared the winner. Nominations for officers, auditors, trustee, Juvenile Management Committee, and Social Committee for the ensuing term were taken, and also nominations for delegates to the annual district meeting. A hearty vole of thanks was accorded the judge’s of the C.R, charge competition. P.C.R. Bro. Wilson reported on the last juvenile meeting. Selection Committees were set up to form teams (Rugby and “ Soccer ”) to meet teams from Court Pride of the Leith. One candidate was nominated for membership.
