(Received Sept. 4, at 1 a.m.) A plot to Bolshevise the whole of China was revealed in documents which were seized by the Shanghai police when they arrested Noulens, alias Van Der Cruyssen, an alleged Soviet agent, who was recently handed over to the Chinese military authorities. The Nanking Government to-day released translations in English and French of the documents. It also released photographs of a most important character, incriminating all the newspapers, and it proposes despatching copies to foreign Governments in order to reveal the extent of Soviet intrigue. The case is attracting- worldwide interest.
