MONEY FOUND IN SHOE
LARGE SUM CONCEALED (Pee United Peess Association.) AUCKLAND, September 2. "When she was taken into custody yesterday £230 was found in the toe of her shoe," said Detective-sergeant Keliy in the Police Court, when Ann Mary M'Quinness, alias Sudwin, aged 48, a cook, was charged with stealing £382 in money. The accused was remanded.
