THE STANDARD OF QUALITY MEETING COMPETITION. OTTAWA, September 2. (Received Sept. 2, at 11 p.nv.) Ontario wine producers and Federal Government officials have discussed proposed regulations to bring Canadian wine to a standard of quality to meet Australian and European competition.
