SEARCHERS ABANDON HOPE RETURN OF EXPEDITION. (Per United Press Association.) NELSON, August 11. A party of six men have returned from a futile search for Albert Bromwell, who left alone oh June 18 for a prospecting expedition at Mount Owen. The searchers had to contend with five feet to six feet of snow in the bush. They estimated the depth of snow in the basin further on to bq 20 feet. It is considered that there is no chance of Bromwell being 'alive. It will be fully six weeks before it in possible for anyone to proceed front Wangapeka to the Owen .Valley. v
