PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following RESOLUTION, intended to operate as a Special Order, was Passed at a Special Meeting of the St. Kilda Borough Council, held in the Council Chambers, on Monday, June 29, 1931: The St. Kilda Borough Council, in exercise of the power vested in it by Section 22 of “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1928,” and of every, if any, other power in that behalf, hereby by way of Special Order;'decides until the further resolution of the Council to pay the Interest and Sinking Fund on the Redemption Loan of Six Thousand Eight Hundred Pounds . (£6800) out of its General Fund.
