(Received July 10, at 1 a.m.) Le Matin has received reports from Warsaw that 25,000 Cossacks stationed in the Caucasus revolted against the Government, which despatched aeroplanes; Gas bombs were dropped on the Cossacks, 1000 of them being asphyxiated. Great damage was done to crops and farms.
