GREEN ISLAND STREETS
ro THE EDITOR. Sir, —I beg to endorse fully the remarks of your correspondent “ Gumboots ” in your issue of this morning. Apparently lm was so engrossed picking his way through the mud and water holes that he failed to notice, that where the street light is required is between the corner of Exmouth street and Mr M'Donald’s corner, not between the latter corner and Teignmouth street. I further wish to add that it is imperative that this work should be commenced immediately. —I am, etc., A Resident. July D.
