' Sib ln this morning's issue of the Otago Daily Times I read a letter under the nom de plume of “ Not Fair ’'—a very applicable name —for the writer of it does not give a single name either ot the depot or the (possibly imaginary) recipient of the relief, etc., mentioned. It. he be a fair-minded person his obvious duty is to go to the relief depot referred to and lay any complaint he has to make, and give the workers at the depot an opportnnitv to make inquiries and so stop the unworthy person named from continuing her unfair practices.—l am, etc., G.
