ANNUAL MEETING OF DELEGATES. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, April 10, The annual meeting of delegates to the New Zealand Football Association was held to-night, and the following officebearers were elected: —President, Sir Charles Statham; additional vice-presi-dents—Dr A. E. Brown (New Plymouth), Messrs G. Cox (Christchurch, late South Auckland), EL J. Duncan (Otago), and C. Lawrence (Wellington) ; councilMessrs H. L. Godber, F. Campbell, H. I. Graves, J. A Milburn, B. L. Salmon, F. Sanders, W. G. Bryce, H. Rcnai, and A. J. Hyder; representative in Great Britain, General Madocks; representative id Canada and America, Mr H. N. Holmes'; representative in Australia, Mr R. Car lyle; hon. treasurer, Mr W. L. Wilson, A Canterbury remit that a neutral referee be appointed for Chatham Cup fixtures in the provincial rounds was received too Tate, but the chairman (Mr P. Campbell), while agreeing with the remit, said that the matter was one of finance.

A Wcstland remit, which was also too late, was that minor and major associations should compete for the Football Association Trophy. Mr Campbell said he did not think that the proposed change was desirable. In regard to playing under electric light, delegates expressed no objection to such games, except for the Football Association Trophy.
