CHAIRMAN OF ORGANISATION LORD STONEHAVEN MENTIONED. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, April 1. (Received April 1, at 11 p.m.) Lord Stonehaven is likely to be the new chairman of the Conservative Parly organisation, says the Daily Telegraph’s Peterborough correspondent. Dir Neville Chamberlain’s work of reorganisation at headquarters is practically over. Ho undertook the chairmanship only temporarily and is anxious to return to full parliamentary duties.
