Questioned in the House of Commons on the composition of the coming International Disarmament Conference, the Minister of Foreign Affairs (Mr Arthur Henderson) said it was presumed that all members of the League of Nations would he represented, and it was anticipated that the non-members who participated in the work of the Preparatory Commission would also attend. The Government hoped that all the States that desired to take part would he invited.
