SUEZ CANAL DUES
HANDICAP TO BRITISH TRADE. SHIPOWNERS’ PROTEST., (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, February 11. (Received Feb. 11, at 10 p.m.) The Liverpool Shipowners’ Association approved of a report strongly condemning the heavy dues in the Suez canal as a handicap to British trade, for which they hold the Government primarily responsible as the principal shareholder.
