SYDNEY, February 6.—Sailed; Marama (3.50 p.m.), for Wellington. VANCOUVER, February 4.—Sailed: Niagara for Auckland, via Honolulu and Suva. COLON, February 4.—Arrived: Parrakoola, from Havre. The Totara, which arrived last night from Wellington, will load general cargo on Monday for Nelson and New Plymouth. She is timed to sail on Monday night, and will call at Oamaru, Timaru, and Lyttelton to complete loading. The Kanna sailed last night for Bluff, where tho remainder of her Westport coal will be discharged. She will return to Dunedin on Tuesday to load general cargo for Lyttelton, Wellington, and Auckland. The Holmdale, which arrived yesterday afternoon from Wellington, sailed last night for Oamaru, Timaru, and Lyttelton to complete loading for Wellington and Wanganui. The Dunedin Waterside Workers’ Union will hold its annual picnic to-dav, and no work will be carried out on tho shipping In port in consequence. The Progress Is due here on Monday from Wellington to discharge and load general cargo. She is timed to sail on Monday night for Timaru and Lyttelton to complete loading for Now Plymouth, Port Waikato, and Dargavllle. The intercolonial motor vessel Port Waikato Is due at Dunedin on Tuesday from Timaru.’ She will load general cargo for Tauranga and Wangarei. Tiie Oplhi has been fixed to load general cargo at. Dunedin on Wednesday for Wellington Nelson, and New Plymouth. The Waikoualtl sailed early yesterday morning for Lyttelton, thence Timaru and Oamaru to discharge the remainder of her freight from Newcastle and Sydney. She will afterwards come to Port Chalmers to undergo annual survey and overhaul. The Union Company's transpacific motor ship Hauraki is due at Lyttelton on February 13 from Los Angeles, She will also discharge at Wellington, New Plymouth, and Auckland, whore she is duo on February 26, Napier, Melbourne, and Sydney. THE CANADIAN TRANSPORTER. Messrs 11, L. Tapley and Co. advise that the Canadian Transporter, from Halifax, will proceed from Lyttelton to Bluff, and thence Dunedin. She Is due here on February 15 to discharge Canadian cargo and load products. The vessel will sail on February 16 for Timaru Wellington, and Auckland to complete loading for New York, Boston, and Halifax. KIWITEA FROM AUSTRALIA. The Union Company’s steamer Kiwitea arrived at Auckland on Wednesday from Hobart, Adelaide, and Melbourne. From Auckland the Kiwitea will go to Portland, Now Plymouth, Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru, Dunedin, and Bluff to complete discharge. ROTORUA LEAVES CARACAS BAY. Cable advice received by the New Zealand Shipping Company states that the Rotorua, on route from Port Chalmers to London, sailed from Caracas Bay on February, 2. The vessel left Port Chalmers on January 10.

THE GOLDEN CLOUD. Messrs H. L. Tapley and Co. advise that the American steamer Golden Cloud is now due at Dunedin on February 15 from Los Angeles, via northern ports, to discharge Canadian and American cargo.
