FAR-REACHING PROPOSALS REPORT TO TRADES UNION • COUNCIL. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) MELBOURNE, September' 13, Far-reaching proposals are contained in a report submitted by the Subcommittee on Unemployment and the Financial Position at a special interstate _ conference of the Australasian Council of Trades Unions. Among the recommendations made weje that to free credit resources of the country the Federal Government should provide £20,000,000, that the decisions of - the Conference be repudiated by the Federal and State Labour Governments, and that the Loan Council be dissolved.
