BOY’S EARLY LAURELS.
Britain has a boy coming on at Tottenham, in the athletic world. His name is Alec Buchanan, and he was the hero of Tottenham County School, at the annual sports of which he won the 100 yards, the 220 yards, the quarter-mile, the half-mile, and the mile. In addition, .this lad ran away with the hurdles and won the long jump with n jump of 19 feet 5 inches, which was a record for the school and before the days of the great C. B, Fry waa not often beaten by athletes older thau schoolboys.
