IMPERIAL AFFAIRS. The remainder of the afternoon session was devoted to a - debate on Imperial affairs, a full report of which appears elsewhere. THE CUSTOMS BILL. • Replying to Mr Coates, the Prime Minister said the Customs Amendment Bill would be brought down to-morrow evening. ,The House rose at 11.48 p.m.
