Phil Scott has issued a challenge to Max Sehmeling,. and it is expected that the fight ‘will be staged in England. Scott, however, must defeat Stribling on July 28, after which the British Board of Control can insist on him as a genuine contender. No doubt the board will see that he gets a fair deal.
