Handley, riding a Senior Rndgo machine, broke all records for the Tourist Trophy at the motor cycle course in fire Isle of Man yesterday,, Handley reduced by 40 seconds Dodson’s lap record in winning last-, year’s race, and achieved a speed of 75.2 miles per hour.
